3rd week into Live Fit trainer with jamie Eason. I’ve complained about leg soreness before but this was taken to new levels this week! I decided to up the weight quite a bit for me and the result was good but not being able to sit down for a few days lol. Funny how when you do squats it sems nice and easy and then the pain catches up with you days later lol.
This week she inttoduced some excercises with more difficulty such as incline bench dumbbell presses to hit the muscle slighlty differently. Also added was a second leg day. There is no way I could do another leg day this week due to muscle soreness. Think next week I won’t lift so much so I can fit it in and not be dieing by the second time it comes round.
Still really enjoying the program though but will be happy to move into the next phase to add some real cardio. I also think the abs exercises are really lacking I understand why we don’t need to do alot at this stage but I still want to do more. Soooo……..I bought ‘SEXY ABS’ dvd by Kelly Rowland and Jeanette Jenkins once I’ve done it properly I’ll let you know what I think. The music is a lil cheesy for me but I’m sure its a good ab workout.
